Mernda, Victoria Residence

From one split system and 4 ceiling fans for the entire house to refrigerated cooling/ducted heating, extensive solar panels, 3 x 5kw batteries. From mould remediation and bathroom leaks to completely gutting and remodelling the main and ensuite bathrooms into modern oases. A bright and spacious open living room kitchen dining area, complete with gorgeous slim linear pendant, stone benchtops including waterfall edges, double ovens, electric 90cm stove top, more than enough storage and a gorgeous and very large, European-looking pantry. this residence has become a safe haven of tranquillity, modernity, ease and sustainability.
